If you notice a malfunction with a piece of equipment you are using, please report the problem to the media center in writing, using the tech work order form so that the equipment can be repaired (if possible) before further use.
Hardware and / or software problems within your classroom: please fill out the tech work order form and give it to the Office who then will forward it on to Mr. Peterson (the district's elementary tech) so that he can try to solve the issue you have. Mr. Peterson is in charge of fixing any problems with technology (computers and printers) within your classroom, with the exceptions of providing or repairing Library Technology (Digital Cameras, Computer Scanner, TVs, VCRs, DVD players etc.)
LCD Projectors and Document Readers : if you need one of these pieces of equipment, and / or need one repaired, please fill out the tech work order form and give it to the Office to forward on to Mr. Peterson, (the district's elementary tech).
If you are having any problems outside the classroom that affects your technology equipment (network problems, printer problems), please fill out the tech work order form and give it the Office who then will forward it on to Mr. Peterson (the district's elementary tech) so that he can try to solve the issue you have.
If you are having any problems with our Video Distribution System, TVs, VCRs etc., please fill out a tech work order form and give it to Mr. Berndt.
No work will be done without a tech work order being submitted.
